• Ability to work the cash register and deal with money
• Must keep surroundings clean and presentable at all times
• Maintains a safe, clean, organized and stocked work area
• Maintains full knowledge of breads, pastries, cakes and other pertinent information
• Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
• Inform customers of daily specials and menu changes
• Develops relationships with guests
• Neatly pack purchased produce for guests
• Correctly and precisely calculates each guests bill and returns change to guests quickly
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by manager
• Replenish produce.
