Job description
MISSION:
The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services of KAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain financial files and records
- Establish and maintain supplier accounts
- Ensure data is entered into the system
- Administer employment agreements
- Verify and report on benefits payments
- Maintain the leave management system
- Review remittances
- Supervise completion of the payroll
- Review payroll reports
- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
- Respond to inquiries
- Assist with preparation of contract documents
- Perform other related duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education
- B.Sc. (or HND) Degree.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar Job role

- Ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, PowerPoint and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
