Minimum Key Skills:

·         Science graduate
·         Good communication skills and Presentable
·         Good Operating System knowledge
·         Fair Networking knowledge
·         Database BASIC administration knowledge Oracle/SQL Server
·         Good knowledge of SQL query
·         Trained on In10s product/solution deployed (we will impart training for the same classroom & on the job)
·         Candidate who has inclination towards service-oriented career
·         Adequate skill to manage application support requirements in production environment.

·         Passionate and committed to work under pressure
·         Readiness for stretching the day whenever required (specially onsite)

Job Responsibility:

·         Install, maintain and support the system on-site
·         Will have to be looked-up as a product expert
·         Practice operational guidelines set for execution.
·         Maintain good relationship with the client.
·         Assist the Team lead in installation/co-ordination for implementation and Troubleshoot.
·         Undertake knowledge transfer sessions when necessary as part of hand-over procedures.
·         Contribute to update the troubleshooting information repository.
·         Shall work with the assigned operations lead of the engagement.

Experience

Minimum of 4 years experience.
