Job Title Analyst, Devices and Channel Support;
Location Lagos, NG
Function
Job Summary
Deliver end-to-end testing, customization and channel support for all devices launched on the Etisalat network
Principal Functions
Generate reports and other documentation related to devices
Test devices to ensure functions are compatible with the Etisalat network prior to launch
Ensure availability of devices and market acceptance through constant monitoring and following up with relevant stakeholders
Liaise with all internal stakeholders and customers on all device-related issues and provide support to the channels
Assist in resolving sales service/ support for all devices to improve customer/ user experience
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager-Devices & Mobile Applications
Educational Requirements
First degree in Engineering, IT or related disciplines
Experience,Skills & Competencies
One (1) year post-NYSC work experience
