Supply and Customer Service Coordinator at HT-Limited

Scope and Objectives

• Coordinate product supply and timely processing of nominations/orders

Responsibility and Accountability

• Truck nominations
• Customer and NUPENG Interface

Key Tasks

• Coordinates product imports to ensure inventories are maintained at levels which sustain uninterrupted loadings.
• Coordinates with Customers to schedule product loadings.
• Conducts routine material reconciliations and advises customers of their stock positions.
• Responsible for development of truck fleets to ensure customer satisfaction

Education

• B.Sc or B.A Degree from a reputable university.

Experience

• Two years in Clients/Customer Relationship

NOTE

• Work hours would include shifts, night work and weekend.
• The preferred candidate would be male because the hours are unsociable
