ROLE:
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the successful individual is required to direct the company's activities effectively and efficiently, in line with the board and regulatory guidelines while employing innovative solutions to ensure high and sustainable level of customer-satisfaction, motivated workforce and returns to the investors.

SPECIFICATIONS:
A good First Degree or Higher National Diploma in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, any other social sciences or allied field. While the possession of an MBA is desirable, an ACII is essential. Minimum of 15 years post-graduation experience in Insurance Industry specifically or Financial Services sector generally, 5 of which must be in a top position in the Insurance Industry.
