    Boutique Manager

    Job Description
    Overall Objective: To direct and co-ordinate and motivate boutique members to deliver excellent customer service to customers and achieve monthly yearly boutique target.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales

    •     Achieve agreed boutique sales (value & volume)
    •     Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
    •     Submit particulars and details of all major customers to RSM
    •     Organize weekly (Monday) sales meeting for the sales team & the monthly product training meeting
    •     Manage and resolve team challenges ensuring that all issues reach logical conclusions in line with company policy and procedure
    •     Motivate your team members in delivering  & exceeding their set target
    •     Promptly vet and approve the teams bonuses and commissions
    •     Ensure that boutique ambiance is maintained in line with the organization’s guidelines
    •     Supervise field reports and ensure compliance with agreed sales documentation format and update requirements (Prospect bank, Spannco, Daily call monitoring & evaluation, itinerary, over & below form)
    •     Appraise and manage the performance of the team, identifying development and training needs accordingly
    •     Drive teaming process within the boutique
    •     Provide support to Head Office in recovery of old debt
    •     Provide support to organizers of special events in the boutique/town
    •     Provide feedback report on effectiveness and impact of promotional event(s)
    •     Build and maintain a robust customer portfolio.

    Customer Management

    •     Deliver excellent customer service to all clients
    •     Identify and resolve client concerns promptly.
    •     Follow-up for collection of payment and any debts.
    •     Prepare presentation and proposals.
    •     Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients with excellent product knowledge to achieve a sales target.
    •     Initiate periodic customer friendly activities to drive boutique sales
    •     Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
    •     Submit particulars and details of all major customers to RSM
    •     Report on competitor’s activities in the market.
    •     Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
    •     Establish, maintain and follow up on current client and potential client relationships.
    •     Development of new accounts.
    •     Identify and resolve client concerns.
    •     Prepare a periodic status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up etc.
    •     Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to branch manager.
    •     Follow-up for collection of payment and any debts.
    •     Develop and maintain current product knowledge.
    •     Any other assigned duties

    Goals

    •     Make sales volume & value target for the month & year (100%)
    •     Meet team target for the month (100%)
    •     Submit monthly sales report to NSM
    •     Update of list of guest book of clients with contact details sent to NSM monthly
    •     Generate at least 10 new accounts or reactivate 10 new accounts  per month
    •     Organize 1 in-boutique event every month
    •     No of clients at the in-boutique events
    •     Generate 20 presentations in a month.
    •     Organize One product training per month
    •     Forward updated customer database using agreed profiling format to NSM every month.
    •     Visit the key accounts with sales executive monthly
    •     Forward to RSM list of customers that bought N1,000,000 monthly
