    Front Desk Personnel

    Job Description

    • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
    • Receive incoming mails, acknowledge and stamp
    • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
    • Responsible for the Management of the front desk and all equipment
    • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
    • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
    • Report any front desk maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all
    • furniture, fittings and equipment
    • Perform other related duties as required

    Skills Required

    • Age (18-24)
    • Trainable
    • Female
    • Good written and verbal communication skills- English
    • OND (Max)
