    About the Opportunity

    • We invite recent graduates and final-year engineering students based in Nigeria to apply for our Graduate Trainee Engineer Program. This program is designed for individuals who wish to build a strong foundation in technical sales, energy solutions, and sustainable engineering practices, while working closely with experienced professionals in a real-world industrial environment.

    What You Will Experience

    Technical & Business Exposure

    • Participate in a structured 9–12 month development program focused on energy benchmarking and steam system performance.
    • Conduct technical assessments supporting energy conservation and process efficiency initiatives.
    • Translate technical findings into meaningful insights for customers and internal teams.

    Site Engagement & Practical Learning

    • Take part in site visits and plant surveys to develop a hands-on understanding of industrial systems and performance optimization.

    Collaboration & Learning

    • Work alongside senior engineers in a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.
    • Contribute to solutions that deliver long-term value to customers.

    Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare clear technical reports and documentation supporting project evaluations and customer discussions.

    Customer & Brand Engagement

    • Develop professional customer interactions, acting as a trusted technical partner.
    • Represent Forbes Marshall’s values and reputation within the Nigerian market.

    Who Should Apply

    • Engineering graduates (Class of 2025) or students graduating in 2026, currently based in Nigeria.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
    • Strong academic foundation with an interest in energy conservation, process efficiency, and technical sales.
    • Good analytical thinking, communication skills, and a proactive learning mindset.
    • Adaptable individuals who value quality, precision, and continuous learning.
