Job description
To be a critical player within the WECA (West East & Central Africa) Leadership team to champion sales capabilities development with respect to Distributors, Wholesalers, Independent and Formal Retail, as well as develop, align and implement best in class customer management solutions with direct customers of Kimberly Clark in WECA.
Be a connection point to the Global KCI Sales Capability team.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 7 years sales experience and Capability development management in FMCG industry across Sub Saharan Africa. Experience across diverse markets is essential.
Ability to speak French will be an added advantage.
Strong track record of successful implementation of customer and category management projects.
candidate must be degree qualified.
