Job description
1. Responsible for delivery management of managed services, i.e. progress, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
2. Responsible for network transition,including team establishment, O&M regulation and processes establishment, O&M tools deployment, etc.
3. Responsible for O&M management of customer network, including fault management, monitoring management change management, ã€build and improve network contingency plan, and responsible for KPI/SLA.
4. Responsible for business transformation of managed service, improve network quality and reduce delivery cost.
5. Responsible for finance management of managed services.
6. Responsible for customer relationship maintenance, and regular communication with customer in order to resolve network problems.
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above, in EE, telecommunications or computer science;
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in telecommunications, and familiar with O&M management model of operators, or management and operation model of managed services vendor; familiar with wireless O&M;
3. Experienced at project management, and possess PMP certificate is preferred.
4. Experienced at finance management, team management, quality management and internal control management, etc;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, and high spirits in respecting work, and can work under pressure and in multi-culture environment, frequent travel or work overseas.
6. Good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills, teamwork, and good coordination and organizing skills.
7. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English;
