    Job description

    • Strategic Leadership
    • High level Negotiation skills and Stakeholder interface
    • Framing, exploration and execution of business strategy
    • Budgeting and achievement of revenue/budget forecasts
    • Development of the organizational structure in Nigeria & west Africa
    • Implementation of the organizations approved operational plans
    • Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the organizations internal processes
    • Ensure optimal management of the company’s financial, human and material resources
    • Responsibility for overall operation in agreed geographical areas and adherence to global and local service standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Co-ordinate day to day activities of the company
    • Key driver of business development and expansion
    • Project Management

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • A graduate in Engineering
    • An MBA and/or a relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience, Seven of which must be at a top management position in a recognized corporate organization globally.
    • Knowledge and insights of current trends in the power sector and innate ability to lead the development of critical infrastructure/projects and create new business platforms.
