Central Assets Engineering Manager at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

Job Objective/ Purpose of Job:

• ?Lead a team of discipline engineers for an Integrated Surface Facilities Engineering support of Central Assets division of the company.
• ?The function is summarily to provide all engineering supports required for the operation of all operating facilities in this division.
• ?This includes but not limited to Wellheads/Flowlines/Bulklines/Pipelines/Flowstations/ Gas Plants/Manifolds etc.
• ?The function include coordinating all studies, design engineering and construction activities required for modifications and infield development activities to keep Central Assets operational as desired by Senior Management

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

• ?Lead a team of discipline engineers, with responsibility for all design engineering and construction activities associated with Central Assets facilities input to the Project from Conceptual Design Verification through to Commissioning and Handover.
• ?Establish and maintain Project Design and Engineering procedures in consultation with the QA/QA section
• ?Supervise the performance of Consultants providing Design and Engineering services for the Project.
• ?Lead and participate in Technical reviews and Safety and Operability studies.
• ?Provide monthly and weekly progress reports, including areas of concern, key activities / milestones, progress versus plan and activities look ahead to Central Assets Management
• ?Mentor the younger Engineers deployed to the Central Asset Team.
• ?Manage the Central Asset Engineering budget Key Performance Indicators/Performance Goals: Zero LTI’s on time and budget delivery of all required assignments.
• ?Successful commissioning of the engineered facilities.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education Qualification:
?Degree in an Engineering Discipline with no less than Second Class Honours

Professional Qualification:

• ?Full member of an internationally recognised professional engineering institute
• ?Experience Minimum of 15-20 years in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry, with at least 8 years in a similar position. Operating company and Nigerian / West African experience preferred.

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
Functional/Technical:

• ?Sound knowledge of International Oil and Gas design standards.
• ?Proven skills in leading multi-disciplined, multi-cultural engineering teams and delivering engineering projects on time and within
