    Senior Client Service Executive

    Job Description

    • ·         Participate in performing the most complex work of the unit.
    • ·         Train assigned employees in their areas of work including customer service related methods.
    • ·         Verify the work of assigned employees for accuracy.
    • ·         Perform the full range of customer service duties.
    • ·         Provide customer service and assistance to the public.
    • ·         Participate in processing of payment arrangements and overseeing final cash receipts reports.

    Job Qualifications

    • ·         A Bachelor's degree is required.
    • ·         3-5 years experience needed.
    • ·         Good use of computer applications needed.
    • ·         Principles of business letter writing and basic report preparation
    • ·         Good record keeping and reporting ablities required.
    • ·         Good verbal and written communication skills required.
