Job Description

• ·         Define direction and provides specific instruction for engineering projects/programs
• ·         Support project management in establishing new projects, monitoring and improving project performance, and ensuring quality customer deliveries.
• ·         Identify and resolve conflicts within the group, between groups, and with customers building teamwork and partnership supporting excellence in execution.
• ·         Lead development of complex documents, proposals, and presentations defining structure and content.

Job Qualifications

• ·         Minimum B.E./B.Tech. with minimum 10 yrs of RF Planning and Optimization experience in LTE or UMTS.
• ·         Previous experience in technical management, project management, and/or team leadership is required.
• ·         Knowledge and understanding of services business financial structure, measurements, and influencing factors.
• ·         Excellent communication and people skills with applicable experience in team leadership and customer interface roles.
