    Finance Assistant

    Job Responsibilities

    •  Generating payment Logs for artistes from iTunes, Vevo, Deezer etc.
    • Handling petty cash and cash advance Management
    • Posting of daily transactions into accounting Software (Quickbooks)
    • Raising payment requisition Memos for all payments
    • Ensuring all internal control measures are adhered to
    • Remittance of statutory staff deductions i.e. Pension, Tax etc.
    • Accounts receivables
    • Bank reconciliation
