    Administrative Assistant

    Job Description

    • We need an administrative assistant to help with office operations and other business related matters.

    Responsibilities

    • Reports to the CEO
    • Everybody in the office makes sales - prioritize our sales process to make it easier to sell
    • Follow up with all sales staffs who are on the field, set targets & monitor compliance.
    • Keep our social media presence very busy
    • Monitor & implement tactics to improve the productivity of all staffs
    • Recruiting new staffs when necessary
    • Set weekly & daily goals for all staff & follow up.
    • Ensure that our office & staff look clean, professional & presentable.
    • Occasionally cover up for our customer success officer when he is over-loaded with client work
    • Mastermind strategies for organizational growth
    • Other tasks as necessary for the success of the business.

    Requirements

    • OND, HND, BSc can apply
    • Live in or around Ogba, Abulegba, Agege, Iyana Ipaja, Ikeja, Fagba, and environs
    • Must know how to multi-task without giving excuses
    • Must not be in a hurry to leave the office everyday and also first to come to the office
    • Be very strict and outspoken
    • Be very familiar with social media tools
    • Be very diligent
    • Teachable/ Willing to learn/ Loves learning
    • Not proud/ open to correction.
