Professional Instructional Designer at Mario Consulting

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have relevant technical education with skill/experience in creating, developing and designing.
• Ideal candidate for the position must be smart, forward looking with ability to work with minimum supervision.

The candidate must be proficient in learning theories and instructional technology with knowledge of the following:

• Lesson and curriculum planning models
• Basic knowledge of modules learning platform and flash programing
• Solid knowledge of course development software (camtasia, articulate storyline, adobe audition) at least on learning Management System
• Visual design skills (Dreamweaver) Photoshop illustrator Adobe InDesign) and ability to storyboard
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts
• B.Sc or MBA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar
