    Company Secretary

    Job Description

    • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
    • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
    • Typing, preparing and collating reports
    • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
    • Filing and managing databases
    • Handle all information in a confidential manner
    • Gathering information for reporting purposes.

    Requirements

    • Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from any recognized higher institution, degree’s or certifications in the relevant field is an additional advantage.
    • Experience: Minimum of five years in related field.
