Responsible for online community operations, build a good community atmosphere and improve community engagement by leading more users to join to share and discuss their real life stories, work feelings, family issues, and other life experiences.
Based on hot or trending topics in Nigerians’ real life, Lead (community users to create), explore and promote high-quality UGC (User-generated-content). Lead team to organize, create and analyse the performance of PGC (Profession-generated-content).
Responsible for performance of community, including daily views, content volume and community engagement. Make full plans to manage and regularly organize campaigns to acquire new users and call back old users.
Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media outposts, adapting methodology where appropriate
Qualifications, Experience and Capability Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in literature, sociology,Information
Technology or marketing is preferred.
Experiences in Content operation or online community operation for 5+ years
and work experience in Nigerians’ top online community (Nairaland, Legit or
other influential web or social media platform) will be preferred.
Familiar with social & community products in the market and have product
awareness. Clear logic, strong judgment and data analysis ability
