JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for problem analysis, strategy optimization, training implementation, and continuous improvement of e-commerce conversion rate during the outbound call of financial products;
• Ongoing user research, the output of e-sales strategies, output and continuous optimization of electricity Sales telephony;
• Coordinating telemarketing teams to cooperate with online and offline promotion channels to complete marketing tasks;
• Telemarketing team's speech management and training management;
• Optimization of telemarketing system functions;

JOB REQUIREMENT

• 3 years or more Relevant experience in overseas credit product telemarketing management;
• Good sales strategy ability, especially telephone sales and short message sales;
• Good English communication skill;
• Strong project promotion ability.
