Importation system and related policies: depth and breadth knowledge of policies, systems, and procedures pertaining to Nigeria importation system. Ensure the company’s interest is always protected not to violate any government regulation/policy.
Must have full understanding of future implication of any new policy released by the regulator.
Timely processing and payment of all import related invoices-BFC/LC/CAI as approved by management.
Reporting of import status, payment and form “m” status
Ensure all import payment made are booked same month funds are transferred
Banking services-correspondences relating to importation (from purchase to payment date-amendment, discrepancies, cancellation, etc.)
Qualifications
B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Economics; Statistics; or related field
