Job Description
- We are looking for a Field Agent to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients in Lagos
- To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and build rapport with customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new clients.
- Notify CredPal of new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing relationships
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Good communication skills.
