Description:
* Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; Answering or referring inquiries.
* Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department Directories; giving instructions.
* Maintaining security by following procedures; monitoring logbook
* Maintaining telecommunication system by following manufacturer's Instructions for house phone and console operation.
* Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with Procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and Communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Providing filing and Finance admin support as directed by office manager
Other Duties:
* Dealing with various other issues as they arise (including telephone and mechanical)
* Ad hoc duties as directed by Office Manager and Snr Development Manager
Qualifications:
Education up to degree level at a reputable University Ability to communicate effectively Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an office environment Availability: Start immediately on a temp to perm basis.
