    Digital Marketing Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    A client of ours is seeking the services of a Digital Marketing Manager. He should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the Sales team, supporting teams, and agencies to launch campaigns on time and on budget

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Lead the development of the company website, devising strategies to drive online traffic and continuing to improve usability, design, content and conversion
    • Work with digital marketing agencies to achieve deliverables both qualitatively and quantitatively.
    • Create and update digital marketing strategies that will support the organization to achieve its aims as part of the overall Marketing, Sales and Communications plan Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

    Education, General skills and Requirements

    • Incumbent should be an MBA from a reputed institute.
    • Exposure of 4 to 6 years in Digital Marketing preferably with Automobile Brand.
    • A limited exposure to Sales will be desired.
    • Specific marketing channel expertise.
    • Ability to build opinions through digital medium
    • Ability to execute and analyze drip marketing campaign.
    • A mix of creativity and analytical abilities
    • Understanding of Brevity
    • Ability to analyze quantifiable metrics.
    • Basic Design skills.
    • Ability to exhilarate and motivate sales teams
    • Ability to come up with innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to problems
    • Strong analytical skills and quick decision maker
    • Strong growth orientation
    • Team Player
