    PROJECT COORDINATOR

    Job Description

    • Supervising and ensuring proper organization/warehousing of products and other materials.
    • Monitoring products inventory and keeping accurate records at all times.
    • Authorizing products dispatch after payment confirmation.
    • Designating and authorizing technicians for project site survey and maintaining accurate survey database.
    • Receiving, documenting and treating customer feed backs/complaints.
    • Scheduling and-dispatching maintenance lcustomer support technicians.
    • Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time,

    Qualification

    • BSc or MSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with at least 3 year work experience.
    • Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft application packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Profidency in CAD software will be an added advantage.
