Job Purpose:

• Responsible for financial and administrative management of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Process Sales Invoices Process Purchase invoices
• Process end of day activities Banking of receipts Maintenance of petty cash
• Maintenance of supplier's accounts
• Maintain general financial records
• Facilities administration
• Inventory management
• Reconciliation of bank statement
• Process payroll Responsible for daily and weekly income and expenses report Responsible for monthly management accounts Responsible for annual financial accounts
• General filing and administrative duties

Qualifications

• B.Sc in accounting 2-3 years of working experience in related field
• Must be versatile in the use of MSWord and Excel
• Ability to use QuickBooks accounting software
• Good communication and organisation skills
