We are looking for are looking for a visa processing officer who will be responsible for handling of the visa application process and processing immigration documentation for our expatriate staff.

Job Description

• Assist in overseeing the completion of all visa and immigration documents
• Track and monitor in-bound requests to the visa processing team via various communication channels and ensure that all are requests are handled on time.
• Oversee the timely completion of all relevant visa application documents.
• Prepare Visa application/reconciliation reports on a monthly basis.
• Maintain the filing system and the internal records for each case handled.
• Monitoring visa expiry dates and alert appropriately in accordance with standard operating process.
• Adhere to general security requirements when handling sensitive personal information.
• Maintain strong third-party relationships relating to visa and immigration process.
• General administration duties.

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum of a B.Sc./HND in any relevant field.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in travel or visa processing is required.
• Must reside in Lagos

Attributes and Competences

• Must possess proven knowledge of the systems and processes involved under Nigerian Immigration and Visa process and must be familiar with the process of obtaining visas and passports and authentication in Nigeria.
• Ability to track work progress via various systems, is highly required for this job.
• High-quality customer service-oriented mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be a strong team player
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is highly essential
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
