JOB DUTIES

We are looking for a bright Technical Customer Service Executive to sell Polyurethane, Plastics, and Rubber-Related products to the consumers. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues. Prepare accurate and timely reports

Requirements
- BSc./B.Tech Sciences/Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Sales
- Basic knowledge of polymers
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
