Consultant - Analyst at Adexen

Job Introduction

    Adexen is mandated by an international consulting firm to recruit an Analyst Consultant for its operations in Nigeria. The position is based in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Analyst is expected to participate in various exciting projects in impactful and innovative industries and support the CEO and COO, as well as project teams in:
• Cleaning, aggregating and analyzing complex, multi-sector and format datasets;
• Planning and coordinating operational projects;
• Conducting financial assessments;
• Designing, Improving and implementing new internal processes;
• Conducting various on-desk research and assessments;

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor degree's is required
• Previous experience within a consulting, investment banking, private equity or data analysis firm, innovative start-up, corporate strategy department, social impact project preferred
• English and French proficiency
• Excel and PowerPoint advanced user
• Concerned about social inequalities and climate change
• Motivated to take initiatives, work without supervision, particularly on new topics
• Passionate about opening new frontiers,
• Fast learner with strong quantitative and analytical skills
• An action-oriented though long-term thinker that can solve immediate issues, while building replicable methodologies
• Curious and open minded individual, that can blend in various social and culturalenvironments
• A “start-up” mindset will be a plus
