    Head, Brand Activation

    Our Client

    Our client who are in the business of marketing and sponsorship. They deliver some of the most innovative and spectacular platforms and branded experiences for a diverse range of blue-chip clients.They need the services of Head, Brand Activation

    He/She will offer tangible support to the organisation by delivering excellent service to clients. He/She will hold challenging and diverse responsibilities as a primary representative of the Agency. In addition, He/She will identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy to achieve agreed targets and standards for financial and optimal client’s performance.
    She/he will hold a major responsibility of developing new businesses, whilst giving strategic and innovative direction to the team

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    • Oversee the business development function/team
    • Proactively identify prospective clients and business opportunities
    • Developing proposals and making presentations to clients to land new accounts.
    • Closing business deals within stipulated time
    • High-level negotiation with external stakeholders, drafting and overseeing of contracts and evaluation of proposals.
    • Oversee the delivery of the business development revenue billings

    TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

    Strategic and Marketing Leadership

    • Works with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate brand activation strategies
    • Create and interpret effective analysis to support marketing recommendations
    • Innovative and intuitive approach to researching key target markets and new opportunities, combined with advanced evaluation, reporting and decision-making skills with a results-driven focus
    • Overseeing the planning, financial forecasting, contract management, organizing and management of Account Managers/teams
    • Demonstrate broad industry expertise.

    CLIENT/ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

    • Create an account strategy to drive client’s business objectives
    • Proactively identifying client’s needs and deepening existing relationship
    • Actively seek opportunities to grow the Organisation’s business from existing clients and secure the allocated revenue billing as agreed.
    • Monitor client satisfaction post event/project evaluation and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
    • Building relationships with key personnel within clients’ accounts.
    • Build trust credibility and client referrals
    • Develop multi-tiered agency-client relationships and ties

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    • Leads in the implementation of projects, ensures planning, group facilitation and reporting
    • Oversee branding, marketing, to ensure consistent and high-profile representation of Clients
    • Meets project goals/objectives within an established time frame and budget
    • Risk management

    TEAM MANAGEMENT

    • Maximizes Team Effectiveness & Collaboration - to lead teams to achieve business results by selecting the right talent, getting the most out of each team members, leveraging the synergy of people working together, and creating team confidence and enthusiasm. Involves working cooperatively and collaboratively with others and acting in ways that support the success of the overall team and Organisation.
    • Creates a High Performance Environment - an environment in which people of diverse backgrounds are motivated to achieved common goals at the highest levels of performance.
    • Manage and oversee the training of employees in a timely fashion.

    • Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel.
