    Qualification Requirements

    • 15 years experience in print media
    • Access to CEOS, Ministers or Governors for exchange of interview
    • Ability to use contain for generation of Adverts for the News paper
    • Not more than 40 years old
    • Good command of English (oral and written)
    • Must be hire conscious, extrovert and able to assert authority refundable of age end influence of subordinate
    • Must be computer literate and good at writing proposal letter.
