Telesales Executive at Workforce Group

Job Description

• Our client is urgently in need of Telesales Executive who can generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast paced environment
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and current PAGE customers and answering questions/enquiries regarding all company’s products.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and escalate same where necessary to the line Manager.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about company’s products or services using scripts.
• Answering questions about products or the company and dealing with complaints and doubts.
• Manage, track and follow up on leads by engaging in calls to them
• Conduct sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Create and update activity reports.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline (must have completed NYSC)
• 1 year minimum experience in a telesales or Customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Must have experience in handling help desk customer complaints.
• Must have Good understanding of dealing with Dealers and how they trade.

Basic Pay

• Good Basic pay plus other benefits.
