    Sales Manager

    We are looking for a Sales Manager who have strong networks with schools, teachers, parents, government and educators in their regions.
    These individuals must be passionate about STEM education and STEAM education kits plus teaching resources, be able to drive target driven sales. A goal and result driven sales person able to drive achievement of profitable volume/market share target for our STEM education kits.
    Responsibilities:

    • Present, Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and prospective customers.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and Outcomes within schedule
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a sales manager or representative.
    • Experience of selling to schools or network of parents.
    • Established relationship with schools/institution in a region.
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
    • Educational Qualification:
    • HND/BSc/MBA
