    Assistant Manager, Human Resources

    Responsibilities

    • Organize all confirmation, feedback and annual appraisal and give feedback to staff in line with company procedures
    • Design and distribute employee handbook and policies to all staff.
    • Ensure staff remuneration and compensation are in line with the company pay grade and policy respectively.
    • Manage and update all employee records and database.
    • Prepare monthly reports with a standard dashboard which captures Human Resources Analytics on training execution, Employee engagement activities, attrition, staff moves, exit interviews, performance review status, etc.
    • Organizing training and development programs for employees.

    Qualifications

    • BSc/MSc in Business Administration or Human Resources Management/Organization Design or its equivalent in related fields.
    • Have a professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
    • Have a minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in 2 or more different areas of Human Resources (e.g Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Human Resources Compliance, Organizational Design, Learning and Development and Human Resource information systems)
