Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day management of the event centre
• Plan effective and efficient strategies that ensure increased profit, stability and growth of the event centre
• Manage the human and material resources of the event centre for optimal performance and enhanced output
• Handling complaints and customer enquiries
• Responding to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with it consequences.
• Generate weekly / monthly property status reports to management
• Perform marketing activities that generates more sales for the event centre
• Maintain quality service by enforcing quality customer service standards
