Supply Chain Operations Manager at Ascentech Services Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of raw material sourcing centres, making sure machines are working and expected output is being delivered on a daily basis
• Continuous sourcing for competitively priced chemicals which will also be part of raw material mix
• Responsible for the daily delivery of the factory raw materials for production.
• Responsible for raw material sourcing and stocking to ensure warehouse always has adequate stock for at least 10 days production.
• Monitoring of haulage and consignment.
• Negotiate and make agreements with logistics service providers.
• Establish metrics in regard to Operational quality, in order to track and trend completion as well as root cause and identify areas for quality and process improvement.
• Ensure implementation of Standard of operations processes and process efficiency.
• Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal & State regulations and guidelines
• Ensure quality control checks at all stages of production at the factory from raw material to finished product.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure maximum sales of products.
• Present or report standard information to Factory and management.

Education / Experience / & General Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/ Procurement and Supply chain certification is preferred.
• Supply Chain/Logistics experience in a production environment required.
• Experience in an operations facility or demonstrated equivalence.
• Knowledge of the operational process, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Processes).
• Effective communicator and negotiator
• Able to cope with high work pressure
