• The Head Cook supervises the presentation of food products as well as the overall operations of the service food kitchen.

• Strong experience in in the food production and retail industry.

• Good knowledge of recipes and food matching
• Be able to write down recipes
• Knowledge of relevant food safety legislations and HACCP rules
• Good understanding of the meaning of food quality and freshness
• Have high standards of cleanliness and the ability to adhere to strict hygiene rules
• Should be an expert in food control and excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal abilities
• Understands (local) customer tastes, behaviors and the effect on sales
