The Job

• Mainly deliver the words and verbal content that accompanies the visual elements. Agency copywriters usually work in close partnership with art directors and have lots of input to the visual element

Duties

• Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice
• Collaborate with brand strategist to develop a variety of content marketing materials
• Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
• Understanding the message the client is seeking to express and translating this into written content
• Writing copy to engage the reader
• Carrying out amendments to client specifications
• Adhering to the tone-of-voice requested by the client
• Working with the graphic artist to devise creative strategies
• Liaising with the client on a regular basis
• Generating creative ideas to build innovative campaigns
• Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders

Requirements

• Minimum requirement: HND/BSc, Mass Communication or its equivalent
• Minimum requirement:2 years relevant experience
• Highly creative and imaginative
• Good written and interpersonal skills
• Work under pressure
• Eye for detail
