African Chef at AIM Consultants

The African Chef will be required to create recipes and prepare African meals as per request. The Chef will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the kitchen.

Qualifications and Experience

• Good knowledge of scaling
• Must be a certified Caterer from a recognised catering/culinary school
• Must understand timing as it relates to food preparation
• Must have minimum 10 years experience in a restaurant/hotel
