Head, Internal Audit & Compliance at Kimberly Ryan

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper planning for regular audits and compliance testing
• Ensure adequate monitoring of the institution's annual audit plan development and implementation
• Identify areas requiring attention and ensures implementation of any actions
• Evaluate the internal control systems established to ensure compliance with policies, plans, procedures, laws, regulations, contracts, and ethical business conduct.
• Conduct ad-hoc audit reviews to investigate any areas identified by management.
• Report periodically to the Board of Directors.

Skills and Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or HND in any Accounting or Social Sciences related discipline
• A Master’s Degree in business related field or management is an added advantage
• Membership of ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, CIMA, IIA, CISA or a recognized professional accounting / auditing association is required
• Minimum of 7 years working experience in an accounting/auditing role is required of which at least 4 should be at managerial position.
