    Communication Expert

    Job Summary: The Communication Expert will manage external and internal communications, promote a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on behalf of the Firm.

    Duties and Responsibility

    • Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes media outreach and social media content creation.
    • Producing content for updating the website, newsletter, blogs
    • Research and develop publication schedule
    • Monitor media coverage, maintain media clips & photos; 
    • Provide media support to the technical team 
    • Arrange speaking engagements, and plan and news conferences;
    • Ensure the Organization's online presence is consistent.
    • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the firm including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums 
    • Propose activities to enhance the firm’s impact and visibility;
    • Package and promote the firm’s specific projects and activities;
    • Undertake media related research.
    • Contribute to social media engagement and awareness campaigns
    • Coordinate all media related activities 
    • Write featured articles for the blog and manage e-communications.
    • Assist with paid media, including liaising with digital advertising agencies.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements

    • First degree or equivalent in Journalism and information, Mass Communications, Arts, Public Relations, International Business or other relevant area
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in communications strategy development and editorial work (essential).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
    • Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
    • Desktop publishing and graphics design skills – Adobe skills.
    • Excellent skills in Graphics design
    • Content writing experience for all media platforms.
    • Proven social media and networking expertise.
    • Strategic and creative mindset.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent photography skills.
