• Our client is looking to fill the role of a Sales Supervisor
• The role holder will be responsible for driving the sales target of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
• Monitor sales productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales.

Person Specification
Suitable applicants must possess:

• First Degree from a reputable higher institution of learning.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality sector.
• At least 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Verifiable experience in maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
