REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a first degree (BSC/HND)
• At least 5 years’ experience in Real Estate sales
• •Knowledge of the Nigerian Real Estate Business/ property market

 Duties

• Tracking and analyzing marketing and promotional plan
• Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
• Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financial, evaluating options and resolving internal priorities
• Knowing the available properties on the market
•  Achievement of sales targets
• Managing existing customer relationships and developing new relationships
