Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Is responsible for the correct processing and booking of incoming invoices.
• Assists in preparing general and bank journals.
• Maintains financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Reconciles general ledgers.
• Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
• Assist during the quarterly reporting process.
• Assist in preparation of financial statement and attending to audit related matters during the statutory audit process.

Requirements

• The candidate must be Chartered and Not Older than 28yrs with 3 - 5yrs experience ( maximum) in an international company.
• The candidate must have experience working in an international organization with good knowledge of international Accounting ERPs
• Passion for accounting
• Sound knowledge and application of general accounting principles.
• Knowledge of an international Accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is essential
