    Advert for Audit Services


    The M-QIP is a USAID/Nestle program implemented by CNFA in Nigeria. The goal of the M-QIP project is to reduce contaminants in maize and soybeans in Kaduna State.

    1.0: Scope of Work: The M-QIP project is seeking the services of a firm to conduct a financial audit of the project in line with Nigeria Corporate Affairs Commission regulations for incorporated trustee registration.

    1.1: Tasks: Conduct an audit of M-QIP financial documents to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations as well as good accounting practices.

    2.2 The relative importance of each individual criterion is indicated by the number of points below:

    Technical Approach

    Offeror should provide a narrative description of their approach to conducting the requested audit including sampling methodology for documents and schedule for completion of the audit, not to exceed two pages.


    Past Performance

    Offeror should provide a minimum of three references for previous entities they have audited. Preference will be given to references who are international NGO’s.


    Cost Proposal

    Offeror should provide their best price for all costs associated with conducting the audit.




    2.3 Cost Proposal: Pricing must be presented in naira.  Offers must remain valid for not less than 90 calendar days after the offer deadline. Offerors are requested to provide offers on official letterhead.
