    Team Lead, Sales

    Details:

    He / She will report to the head, business development and will deliver our sales budget. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads over our online platform and physical interactions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the implementation of a strategic business and financial plan.
    • Coordinate sales activities, from pitching to conversion of buyers and on and off the platform.
    • Manage key buyers and export customers’ account.
    • Increase the value of on-boarded customers while attracting new ones.
    • Coordinate the sales team, deploy resources to achieve sales plan and budget.
    • Research competitors and market trends to find new opportunities and remain competitive on service delivery and pricing.
    • Attend export promotions, conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote myfarmstack.com.
    • Responsible for customer data and knowledge management.

    Requirements:

    • OND/HND/ BSc degree in sales, marketing or related field.
    • Startup experience is an advantage.
    • Proven track record in meeting or surpassing sales target.
    • Confidence, strong communication skills and IT savvy.
    • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
    • Ability to excel with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Not older than 30years.
