Overview:

Relationship Managers cultivate business relationships and deliver excellent services to all customers. They are responsible for prospecting, converting and managing customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquisition of customers through creation of new accounts
• Managing existing accounts and portfolio efficiently
• To ensure customer satisfaction and drive service excellence
• To grow deposit and liability products
• Build a working referral marketing system
• Evaluate credit worthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation.
• Loan monitoring, collection and recoveries
• Execution of marketing plans
• Periodic report generation
• Drive customer satisfaction

Qualification/skills

• HND/BSc. in any field
• 4-7 years in Merchant banks or asset management firm.
• Sound Credit analysis and assessment.
• Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all societal levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen
• Problem solving skills
