Job Summary:

Our Client, one of the major players in the manufacturing  industry that produces Clothing,Cosmetic Products,Body Spray and Perfumes seeks to hire a Factory Manager.

Job Description:

• Must be able to manage a warehouse very well
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Oversee the workers and the equipment they operate on the factory floor
• Responsible for contributing to and carrying out production strategy decisions.
• Train new hires on factory policies and procedures.
• Make sure factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency.
• Work with quality control managers to develop a standard quality control process and ensuring factory employees work to established standards

Note:Experience in similar industry an added advantage.
