Customer Success Manager at Culminate Consulting

Job Description

• Own the entire post-sales success process to grow the business
• Grow partner lifetime value through cross-sell and up-sell, higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
• Design and execute on structured and unstructured interventions to enable partner’s optimal use of the platform throughout their journey
• Drive the partner’s use of analytics to use the platform in alignment with their strategy
• Understand the customers and communicate needs back to the organization
• Align partners’ needs with business development, marketing, customer experience, product and commercial planning
• Establish customer support practices and drive issue resolution with partner

Job Requirement

• Have a BSc/BA in a relevant field; and completed NYSC (for Nigerians)
• Have 7-10 years’ experience in project management and/or management consulting experience
• Have proven experience of setting and delivering high impact growth strategies within multinational organizations/within a management consulting environment
